• Verification of burial/cremation, and location within the Cemetery – No charge
• Official Cemetery Map – $3.00
• Copy of decedent card – $5.00 per name
• Copy of Burial Records Including Plot Map – $10.00
• Digital Photo of Lot, Monument, or Marker – $20.00
• Search of Files for Related Information – $30.00
